RETURN POLICY

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are unable to accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders​

Returns & Exchange Details:

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if for some reason you are dissatisfied with the item, we will accept a return within 7 days of the date you received it. The product must be returned in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached and safely packaged. The refund will be issued once we have received the item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and you will also be responsible for the return shipping cost (including insurance for the value of the item).

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery as our jewelry is custom and some pieces are handcrafted.

JEWELRY CARE

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and requires delicate handling. It is recommended you remove your jewelry prior to swimming, bathing, doing household chores or using abrasive cleaners. Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as hairspray, perfume or deodorant, and be sure to wait for these items to dry prior to wearing your jewelry.

We provide personal shopping for gifts, special occasions, personal styling for everyday jewelry.

If you do not see quite what you are looking for, we can help you design something for everyday wear and gifts.
